Portion control is the key

Another step to come into dieting mode is to go for portion control. Our brain is very innocent whatever you tell it it trusts you. So c'mon let's befool it If you are having two paronthas or chapatis in the breakfast Make it 1 and a half and to calm your brain which craves for more ya it's our brain which craves not our stomach..... Tell it you are satiated and get up Or another way take less dough and make two small chapatis or paronthas. Have same approach for lunch and dinner .Try to reduce whatever you are taking by 25-30%. Initially you will have more hunger pangs but this is all about making yourself adapted and your body take around 3 -4DAYS TO GET ADAPTED.  Now next step reduce breakfast lunch and dinner to one chapati only within a month For breakfast take along a bowl of curd For afternoon take along a cucumber and a tomato it will give u required nutrients And by 12 take any one fruit I know eating a fruit is like a punishment but you will start liki

Dieting...why so dreadful??

Dieting ...the very word brings along not very good vibes.Its scary..but somewhere I feel it is not being seen in good light because of us.We only abhor it so much that we just don't want it to stay in our life and one day we get rid of it and get to the same old food we had been having since years. Actually we just don't give time to ourselves to get adjusted to new mode.we should bring ourselves to dieting mode stealthily.nothing should come suddenly. So the first step to come into dieting mode is to start making FEW changes in what and how u eat so that you can stick to it .. 1 increase water intake  Drink at least 12 glasses of water everyday. Drink first 4 glasses of water by 12 noon then next 4 glasses by 5 then next 4 by 10 .Believe me u will be able to complete ur water quota very easily.It will make you mindful too as the whole day you are thinking about having water.
